Embracing Our Values

An afternoon celebrating a decade of your support

With the blessings of God and support from donors like yourself, Islamic Relief Canada turns 10 years old this year.

In the last decade, we have been able to serve some of the most vulnerable populations in the world.

Islamic Relief now sponsors more than 50,000 orphans as a global family, providing them access to education, food, shelter, and water. Over 1 million people in 30 countries worldwide are fed through our annual food pack distributions in Ramadan and Qurbani season.

We have been able to deliver aid to over 4 million people deep inside Syria and in surrounding refugee camps. Families dying of hunger in Yemen have been provided medical aid for malnutrition and given food packs.

Together with our generous donors, we have been able to serve over 30 million lives just in the last decade alone.

Join us as we host Trevor Noah, Nouman Ali Khan, and Dalia Mogahed for an afternoon reflecting on embracing our values as Muslims and as Canadians – hope, faith, and solidarity.

On Saturday, May 20th, we want to thank our donors and strive to help many more lives in the coming years. Doors open at 3pm at Convocation Hall.
