We need your help to fund medical equipment and furniture for the maternity department at Shifa’ hospital in Gaza!

Along with your help we are aiming to ensure a protective and dignified environment for pregnant women and their newborn babies in the Gaza Strip by improving the provision of high-quality and accessible services in the maternity health sector. Shifa’ Hospital in Gaza is the only hospital that provides health and maternity services for the residents of the North Gaza governorates, that is why we need your help to fund the equipment and furniture such as examination beds, blood pressure devices, ECGs, and wheelchair, all of which will be provided by Islamic Relief Canada.

How You Can Support the Cause

 

STEP 1) Start creating your LaunchGood Campaign page!

  • Get started with creating your campaign page for Run for Palestine here
  • Set a goal with a set timeline
  • Add a description/message of why you are doing this and some information on the cause you’ve chosen, how will the donations help the people in need (usually can find this information on the website or contact us!)
  • Use an appealing picture that represents your campaign, you can also include a video to keep your audience more engaged!
  • Add lgirc(at)islamicreliefcanada.org as a member to further provide you support if needed

 

STEP 2) Submit for approval. It may take up to 72 hours for your page to be approved. You may email lgirc(at)islamicreliefcanada.org for expedited approval

 

STEP 3) Share! Share with your friends and family using all social media platforms, word of mouth, emails, and more!
