O Allah, I have been very unjust to myself and no one grants pardon against sin but You, therefore forgive me with Your forgiveness and have mercy on me. Surely, You are the forgiver, the Merciful.
Allahumma Innee Dhalamtu nafsee Dhulman Kaseeran, Wa la yagfiru alZunuba illaa anta, fa igfirlee magfiratan min 3ndik, Wa Arhimnee, Innaka ant algafuur arraheem.
Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
I asked: “O Messenger of Allah! If I realize Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?” He (ﷺ) replied, “You should supplicate: Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibbul-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni (O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me).” [At-Tirmidhi]
And [mention] the man of the fish, when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [anything] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses, “There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.” (Qur’an 21:87)
So high [above all] is Allah , the Sovereign, the Truth. And, [O Muhammad], do not hasten with [recitation of] the Qur’an before its revelation is completed to you, and say, “My Lord, increase me in knowledge.” (Qur’an 20:114)
Indeed, there was a party of My servants who said, “Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.” (Qur’an 23:109)
And, [O Muhammad], say, “My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful.” (Qur’an 23:118)
And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, “My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small.” (Qur’an 17:24)
But among them is he who says, “Our Lord, give us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.” (Qur’an 2:201)
Oh Allah, remove anger from my heart.
Allahumma azhib Gaydha Qalbee.
Oh Allah wash away my negativity.
Allahumma iGsilnee min assalbiyah
Oh Allah take me out of darkness and into the light.
Allahumma Akhrijnee min aldulumaat ilaa alnur
Oh Allah fill my heart with your love.
Allahumma imla’ qalbee bihubbik.
Oh Allah make me from amongst the pure men and grant me from the pure women.
Allahuma Ij3alnee min alTayibeen wa Urzuqnee min alTayyibaat
Oh lord, expand my chest, ease my affair, and untie the knot in my tongue and perfect my expression.
Rabbi IshraHlee Sadree, wa yassirlee amree, waHlul Uqdatan min lisaanee, yafqahuu qawlee.
O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for a blink of an eye, and rectify for me all of my affairs. None has the right to be worshiped except You.
Allahumma Rahmataka Arjuu. Falaa takilnee ilaa nafsee Tarfata ‘Ayn. Wa AsliH lee Sha’nee kullahu, laa ilaah illa ant.
“There is nothing more dear to Allah than a servant making du’a to Him.”
