Thousands of displaced Afghan refugees are facing mass shortages of food, water, sanitation, and other basic necessities after being forced to return from Pakistan.

Their situation is further exacerbated by the catastrophic earthquakes and humanitarian crisis already impacting Afghanistan.

Islamic Relief is on the ground providing health assistance, clean water, multi-purpose cash grants, and household kits to affected Afghan refugee families.
