PAKISTAN FLOODS APPEAL
LAST UPDATED: August 2026
Monsoon rains wreak havoc in Pakistan
Once again, devastating monsoon rains and flash floods have struck across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan. Families are cut off from food and clean water, homes have been destroyed, roads and bridges washed away, and many communities are in urgent need.
More than 1,000 homes have been damaged as a result, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the worst-affected area.
Help provide lifesaving aid to families affected by the floods.

Pakistan’s Recovery
Thanks to the support of donors like you, Islamic Relief reached 1.4 million people with food packs, family tents, clean water, cash assistance, and temporary learning centers for children. Our efforts focused on the most vulnerable, including over 680,000 women and girls and 5,500 people with disabilities.
Communities are still recovering from previous disasters, and the recent floods have made support more urgent than ever.
We aim to support communities in the long run through community-led and robust programs that promote climate justice and the use of indigenous practices.
