Step Up for Palestine
In collaboration with Salam Network, get moving, get your steps in, and take on the challenge alongside participants across Canada, all while raising vital funds for the Palestine Emergency Appeal.
Whether you’re walking around your neighborhood, heading out for a hike, or simply making more movement part of your daily routine, every step counts. Challenge yourself to stay active, compete with participants from across the country, and make your steps meaningful by fundraising for families affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Palestine.

Once you register, you’ll receive your fundraising page, which you can share with your friends, family, and community to help reach your $500 fundraising goal.
Track Your Steps
Your steps will be tracked through the StepUp app, a free, safe, and secure step challenge app. Once you register for the challenge, you’ll receive a custom invite link to join the challenge on the app. Your steps will be automatically tracked, and a leaderboard will be generated so you can see how you’re doing alongside other participants across Canada.

The humanitarian crisis in Palestine continues to have a devastating impact on families and communities. With essential services severely affected and access to food, clean water, healthcare, shelter, and other basic necessities remaining limited, families need urgent support.
Islamic Relief continues to provide humanitarian assistance to people affected by the crisis, working to deliver essential aid and support to those who need it most.
