At Islamic Relief Canada, volunteers are the backbone of the work we do. We realize what an endeavor it is to juggle volunteering with school work. Therefore, to reward our volunteers for all the hard work they do, we are launching our Islamic Relief Canada Student Scholarships.
The objective of the Islamic Relief Canada Student Scholarships are to acknowledge and reward post secondary students that are dedicated volunteers of IRC and that have made exceptional contributions to their institution and/or community, as well as achieving academic excellence.
To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must: (1) be a Canadian resident; (2) have volunteered with us for at least 15 hours in 2022; (3) have been enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program in 2022 and planning to continue full-time for the upcoming 2023-2024 academic year.
Volunteers can apply for any of the seven scholarships available. Please be aware that individuals who were granted the IRC 2022 Scholarship are not eligible to reapply for the same scholarship.
