Comment créer un compte ?

Vous pouvez vous inscrire en utilisant l'adresse e-mail que vous utilisez déjà pour faire des dons. Si vous avez reçu une invitation personnalisée dans votre boîte de réception, suivez ce lien pour activer votre compte, il se connecte automatiquement à votre historique de don.

J'ai oublié mon mot de passe. Qu'est-ce que je fais ?  

Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it anytime. 

How do I change my password? 

Once you're logged in, go to My Account at the top, then click Change Password.

How can I update my login or authentication settings?

Can I update my name, address, or phone number?

Yes! Head to My Account to make those changes. 

What about my email address? 

To change your email, please contact our support team.

How do I update my credit card or bank info? 

Log in and click Payment Methods on the main dashboard to update your details.

I just created my account and some donations are missing—why? 

Don’t worry! It can take a bit of time for all your donation history to appear. If you still notice issues after a while, let us know.

Something doesn’t look right in my donation history. What should I do?

If you see duplicate, missing, or incorrect donations, contact us and we’ll sort it out for you.

Can I manage or cancel my monthly donations?

Absolutely. Go to the Subscriptions tab to cancel, update payment info, or restart previous donations.

Where can I see my sponsored orphan’s details?

You can view their biodata in the Orphans tab. To open the report, use the phone number we have on file as your password.

How can I send a gift to my sponsored orphan?

In the Gift Request tab, you’ll see any active gift requests and can choose to contribute. Want to give to more than one orphan? Use the Split Gift option to divide your donation.

Where are my tax receipts?

To find your tax receipts, click on the Tax Receipt button on the right hand side of the Home page.
